Celebrations Kokomo Wedding – Meghan and Logan

Meghan and Logan’s wedding at Celebrations in Kokomo was a charmer from start to finish. We began our day with the everyone wrapping up getting ready and tying their converse before a sweet first look with Meghan and Logan. We ran outside in the chilly March air for portraits before the guests began to arrive and the ceremony began. After their vows we did a few more portraits with Meghan wearing Logan’s favorite flannel to keep warm before the reception kicked off. After dinner, speeches, and a fun dance between Meghan and her dad the pair shared their first dance before opening the dance floor. Their guests knew how to party and their epic dance floor was a blast to shoot. This wedding was such a perfect way to kick off our 2017 wedding season!

Katie and Jeremy – Indianpolis Maternity Session

Katie and Jeremy’s maternity session kept getting pushed back again and and again due to crappy weather so when we finally got a decently sunny day to shoot their session we were so stoked. We chose to do their session at their cute little home so their dogs would be comfortable and shot a few outside on the Monon trail before wrapping up to soak up some of that rare winter sunshine. It’s always good shooting with this pair and we love their dogs! These two recently welcomed their little girl to the world a few weeks ago and we wish them the best!

Factory 12 Event Loft Wedding – Jenna and Nick

Jenna and Nick planned their classy, 1920’s inspired wedding to take place on New Year’s Eve and it couldn’t have been prettier. We started shooting as they shared their first look and a few portraits in Hotel Indigo Columbus before heading to the park across the street for portraits in the winter woods. Their portraits were so cuddly as it was freezing outside and we rushed off to Factory 12 Event Loft afterwards to prepare for their ceremony. The loft was such a perfect backdrop for their nuptials and an awesome venue to shoot in. Once guests began to take their seats Jenna walked down the aisle to Nick and their daughter to say their vows. Once the ceremony was wrapped up guests enjoyed a popcorn and cigar bar before the pair made their entrance to the reception. Following cake, speeches, and their first dance; the dance floor opened and since it was NYE it was full of people ready to party. We wrapped up late in the evening after such a perfect day. We rarely do winter weddings anymore (I hate being cold!) but this one was so worth it and we had an absolute blast with these two!
