Adam and Taylor – Engaged

We met up with Adam and Taylor on a cloudy afternoon at MacGregor Park. It had been awhile since we’ve been to this pretty spot so it was super sweet to explore the fields and wooded areas with these two. We’re so excited to kick off next year’s wedding season with their April 2018 wedding!

Hidden Hollow Farm Wedding – Whitney and Dave

Whitney and Dave’s wedding was a total fairytale the whole day and such a joy.

We started our day with the girls getting ready on one side of the barn at Hidden Hollow Farm and the guys on the other. After dresses and bowties were on and sweet letters exchanged we shot a few portraits before their ceremony was to begin. Their ceremony was nestled in a sunny spot by the woods and the crowd gasped as Whitney made her way on a horse drawn carriage. After vows and I do’s the pair greeted their guests and we shot a few more portraits of them and their fun wedding party before their reception entrance.  Hidden Hollow Farm’s barn was so gorgeous with the huge windows and roses on every table. After dinner and speeches the party moved outdoors for their first dance and dances with their parents. We headed to the edge of the property as the sun was setting for the best golden hour light we’ve had all year and returned to the dance floor in full swing. We wrapped up for the night after a sweet dance with guests all holding sparklers around Whitney and Dave.

This wedding was pure magic and Whitney and Dave are two of the best around!

Indiana University Bloomington Wedding – Jessica and Ken

Big, dark clouds were the first thing we saw after getting up and ready for Jessica and Ken’s wedding day. I thought for sure we’d be moved inside for the entire day but the weather was nice enough to give us a perfect cloudy day to shoot these two sweethearts.

Our day started with Jessica getting in her dress before a few portraits around the IU campus. Their ceremony was held at the Rose Well House and was so sweet, from the moment Ken saw Jessica until their first kiss. We walked around Indiana University for a bit to shoot some portraits of the two of them and their wedding party before heading the Indiana University Memorial Union for their reception. Their reception, held in the Tudor room, was so pretty with roses and greenery covering the tables and the softest light coming in from the huge windows. Right after they entered they shared their first dance before dinner and speeches. The pair cut their cake and tossed the bouquet and the guests made their way to the dance floor. We finished our night shooting a few more photos of just the two of them under the soft cloudy skies.

These two are just the nicest and their day was so perfect.
